How do I change my password and/or my email address?
You can change your password and email address linked to your customer account anytime and as often as you like. Simply log in to your customer account and click on user details.
I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
Simply click on „forgot password“ on the login page. Enter your e-mail address and send. You will receive a password reset link by e-mail. Follow the prompts to conveniently submit your new password.
Is there a minimum order?
No - because 4D OUTFITTERS Concept Store doesn’t like limits!
When do I pay for my purchase?
The total cost of your order will be debited by 4D OUTFITTERS Concept Store upon receipt of the order.
Which payment options does 4D OUTFITTERS Concept Store offer?
4D OUTFITTERS Concept Store offers you the possibility to pay for your purchase by credit card, Sofortüberweisung or Paypal. You can select the payment method that best suits you during the order process.
How does payment via Sofortüberweisung work?
Sofortüberweisung is a direct bank transfer service. In order to use this service, you need to have an online banking account which uses a PIN/TAN method to legitimise identity and confirm payment. The transaction will be executed by SOFORT Gmbh and the customer's bank account will be immediately debited. You don’t need to register and you don’t need a a credit card. Need more information? How much does the shipping cost?
Austria
GLS standard shipping within Austria costs €5,95.
For orders over €200,- GLS standard shipping is free.
GLS express shipping within Austria costs €13,95 regardless of the order value.
Germany
GLS standard shipping within Germany costs €7,95.
For orders over €200,- GLS standard shipping is free.
We do not offer express shipping in Germany.
Switzerland
GLS standard shipping within Switzerland and Lichtenstein costs €22,- The local VAT and customs fees are to be paid by the customer. All our packages are labelled with the FRANKATUR 20.

Is it possible to pick up my order at 4D OUTFITTERS Concept Store in Bregenz?
Sure, of course! We look forward to meeting you in Bregenz! Please note this service is not available for our Swiss and Liechtenstein customer.
I’d like to withdraw my order?
You have the right to withdraw from the buying contract within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must give us (4D Herzog & Vitale OG, Kornmarktstraße 7, 6900 Bregenz, Austria, service@4doutfitters.com, phone: + 43-5574-20710-4) a clear statement by post or e-mail about your decision to cancel this contract. You are welcome to use the attached revocation sample form which you will find under revocation right.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient when you send the notice of using your revocation right before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The repayment is made within 14 days after we received your notification of your revocation of the contract.
I chose the product. I’d just like to send it back. What should I do?
You can return a part/all of your order within 14 days. Please fill in the return form (available for download under „returns“) and send it with your return to the following address:

I received a defective package. What should I do?
Ask the delivery guy (or girl) if you take a open the package to see if everything ordered is inside and/or if any of the goods have been damaged. If there is something missing or damaged please note this when signing for your delivery. Send us some photos so we can best process this claim. When receiving a damaged package, we advise you to always note this with the forwarder.
There is a security label on the jewellery that I ordered. Can I remove it?
Please try to not remove the security label when trying on the jewellery. Many thanks.
Can I exchange an article?
If you want to exchange an article you have to replace an new order. Simply fill out the return form and send us back the items you want to exchange. Make a new order in our 4D OUTFITTERS online shop.
How do I get my money back?
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. If you have used Sofortüberweisung, we ask you to send us your banking details so that we can transfer your money to you as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Do you have a gift wrap service?
We do indeed! You would like to surprise someone with a gift but don’t have the time to wrap it yourself? No problem, we at 4D OUTFITTERS online shop have the right solution for you. We’ll make your gift unforgettable! Use our cool gift packaging service.
I want to try the gift packaging service. How does it work?
You can wrap a single item or your whole shopping cart. Each individual gift costs €3,50. If you decide to wrap the whole order as one super cool gift, you will also be charged €3,50. Follow the gift wrap prompts in your shopping basket.
Where/how do I choose a wrapping paper?
Choose a suitable gift paper for your gift by clicking on „pack as a gift“ in your shopping basket. Browse through our different types of wrapping paper and choose your favourite one. We reserve us the right to use another gift wrapping paper if the chosen paper is no longer available.
Can I add a personalise card to my gift?
Yes you can! Pick and order a greeting card in our 4D OUTFITTERS online shop and type your text in the comment field in the shopping basket. We’ll use this text for your greeting card.
We live in sustainable times. Should I feel bad about the packaging?
We rely on environmentally friendly packaging. Why? Because the right packaging is important! We use recyclable plastics and our boxes are made of environmentally friendly cardboard. This is good for our environment, meaning it’s good for us all. Please recycle your packaging after use.
