Returns
Customer satisfaction is definitely first and foremost. You can easily return one or more items that you’re not happy with. You have the right within 14 days to revoke the purchase contract without giving any reasons. However, we would really appreciate if you would fill in the return form and send it to us with the returned goods. By using the return form, you help us to improve our customer service.
Please note that the return delivery costs are not included in our services.

4 steps for a successful return:
1. Download and print the PDF return form (see below). Please complete form.
2. Please pack goods carefully with the return form.
3. Bring the package directly to us at 4D OUTFITTERS Concept Store in Bregenz or send it to the following address:

4. The refund will be made within 14 days after we received notification of revocation of the purchase contract. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If possible, please pack the items in their original box. The products should be returned in the original condition and shouldn’t have any signs of usage.
If you received a damaged package it would be great if you could send us pictures. This helps us to process the return quicker. When receiving a damaged package, we advise you to always note this with the forwarder when signing for the delivery.
Please try not to remove the security labels on delivered products.
