A discount is forgotten in three seconds. The moment the wheel slows down and the pointer ticks across the fields stays with you.

How the Wheel of Fortune works

1. Shop: spend €350 or more at full price in the Bregenz boutique with your 4D customer account. Don't have one yet? We'll create it at the till – free, in one minute.
2. Spin: grab the wheel at the top and give it a good spin until the logo in the centre blurs.
3. Win: every spin wins – the field where the pointer stops is yours. If it lands on „NOCHMAL“ (again), you spin a second time straight away.
4. Collect: during the promotion your purchase earns double stars.

What's waiting on the wheel

Most of the fields belong to the star of the show: the Mystery Bag. A white 4D bag, black satin ribbon with a gold logo, a tag with a green question mark. You'll only see what's inside once you're home. What we can tell you: it's worth €250 and up – and usually far more.

Alongside them you'll find individual pieces – such as a designer chair, a designer lamp or an original fragrance by Kai Porten Parfums Privés – and fields with 10,000, 14,000 or 15,000 Insider stars. Once a piece is won, something new goes on the wheel. And because our team packs the Mystery Bags fresh every week, every visit brings a new surprise.

What a Mystery Bag might contain

We pack every bag individually, unisex and wonderfully mixed. Inside you might find:

• a White Label – a full, original perfume bottle without retail packaging
• fragrances in original packaging and testers from our range
• jewellery in silver or gold
• design objects such as vases, bowls or a lamp
• a fine pen, fragrance samples, a greeting card

Every bag is different. That's exactly why it's called a Mystery Bag.

A confession: we cheat. Regularly. We visit other perfumeries, get advice like any other customer and look closely – at the service, the presentation, the bag, the packaging and the aftercare. If someone advises us well, we buy: out of respect for good work – and because you learn the most from the best.

Double stars – until 7 December

Regardless of the wheel, from 1 November to 7 December you collect double stars in the 4D Insider Club: 20 instead of 10 per euro, in the boutique and online. A purchase of €350 or more earns you at least 7,000 stars – plus your spin.

A fragrance only shows its true character on your skin. In the boutique you can test at your leisure, we advise you personally and tell you the story behind the bottle. And you see our fine gold jewellery where it belongs: in real light, on your hand.

Do I need a customer account?
Yes. Signing up is free and takes one minute at the till.

Do sale items or redeemed stars count?
No. A spin requires €350 spent at full price. If you'd rather redeem stars or a discount, you're very welcome to – just without a spin. You collect double stars either way.

How often can I spin?
Once per customer account per day, with a purchase of €350 or more. The „NOCHMAL“ field gives you an extra spin.

Does the promotion apply online?
The Wheel of Fortune is only at the boutique in Bregenz. But you also collect double stars on orders in our online shop.

Is there a minimum age?
16 years.
