How can I register in the 4D OUTFITTERS online shop?
Our store runs on Shopify – signing up is easy and secure. Simply enter your email address, and you'll receive a 6-digit code via email. Alternatively, you can log in via "Store Login," your Shopify-wide customer account, to track your purchases across multiple stores.

ORDER & PAYMENT

Is there a minimum order value?
No – you can order from us without a minimum order value.

When will my order be debited?
The total amount will be debited directly upon completion of your order.

What payment methods do you offer?
Simply select your preferred payment method during checkout.
We accept:
- Credit cards (including Amex)
- Apple Pay & Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna invoice

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver within Austria, Germany, Switzerland and all EU countries.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Your package will usually be ready for shipping within 1-2 business days.

Express shipping: €15.95
Free shipping for orders over €200

Germany:
Standard shipping (GLS): €4.95
Free shipping for orders over €200

Switzerland:
Standard shipping: €19.95

Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! Simply select "Click & Collect" and pick up your order free of charge at the 4D OUTFITTERS store in Bregenz.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return items?
You can return unused items to us within 14 days. Please send a short email with your cancellation to our customer service.

Tip: To save on shipping costs, you can also return your item in person at the 4D OUTFITTERS store in Bregenz. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Is there a return slip?
No, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How does return work from non-EU countries?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside the EU. Details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

When will I get my money back?
Once we receive your return, we will refund you the amount (using the same payment method) within 14 days.

What to do if the package is damaged?
Please refuse acceptance of any visible damage . Otherwise, your signature confirms that the package is intact.

Can I exchange items?
No, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item and reorder.

PRODUCTS & OFFERS

Do you also sell fashion?
Yes, in our store in Bregenz we offer fashion from CLOSED – a luxury jeans and sportswear brand. Fashion is not available online.

Are there any bundle offers?
Yes, we regularly offer bundle deals – only visible in our online shop. Just take a look at the products.

Do you have any sales promotions?
Yes! You can find our deals on the separate DEALS page. You can save even more with the 4D INSIDER CLUB – there you can collect stars and secure exclusive discounts.

Are there Black Friday discounts?
No, we'd rather celebrate all November long! With double stars and rotating flash sales – exclusively online.

I live in Switzerland/Liechtenstein and have noticed that prices are different than in the EU. Why are they lower?
If you access our website from Switzerland or Liechtenstein, you will automatically be shown the net prices – i.e., without Austrian VAT. Customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein shop with us at the net price.

Please note:
Upon delivery of your shipment, you will be required to pay the applicable local VAT and any applicable customs duties. These will not be charged by 4D OUTFITTERS, but rather by your local customs office. All our packages to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped with a 20% postage rate (duty unpaid, tax unpaid).

You will receive a corresponding customs invoice, which you must pay directly.

SAMPLES & SECURE TESTING

Do I get fragrance samples?
Yes! With every fragrance purchased, you'll receive 3-4 free samples—including a sample of the purchased perfume, so you can test the fragrance risk-free.

What if I don't like the scent?
Important: Opened perfume bottles can be returned, but we will retain up to 75% of the purchase price – so please test the sample provided first.

Can I include a greeting card?
Yes! Simply select a card in the shop and leave your desired text in the comments field – we'll do the rest.

What is the 4D INSIDER CLUB?
Our loyalty program! You collect stars with every purchase and receive discounts, birthday gifts, exclusive goodies, and much more. Registration is automatic with your shop account.
