Behind 4D OUTFITTERS are people with a passion for niche perfume and fine jewellery. We visit international trade fairs, meet perfumers, founders and partners in person and select every piece ourselves. We share this knowledge in our boutique, on our blog and on Instagram.

Yes, without exception. We source exclusively within the EU, directly from the brands or their European distributors. We never carry dupes, imitations or grey-market goods.

Niche perfume comes from specialised perfume houses that create exceptional fragrances with high-quality raw materials – often in smaller editions and away from the mass market. The focus is on the perfumer’s art, not on mainstream taste.

At 4D OUTFITTERS you will find more than 1,000 niche and luxury fragrances, including Ex Nihilo, Xerjoff, Parfums de Marly, Widian, Initio Parfums Privés and Roja Parfums. The easiest way is through our samples: with every perfume order you receive a sample of the fragrance you ordered, and from an order value of €90 also four samples of your choice free of charge. Our discovery sets are another great way to explore. Or browse by scent family – fresh, oriental or gourmand – and get personal advice via WhatsApp or in our boutique.

Yes. With every perfume order we include a sample of the fragrance you ordered, so you can test it on your skin first. From an order value of €90 we also fill four samples of your choice free of charge – simply note them in the comment field of your cart.

Test the enclosed sample first. If the fragrance is not right for you, return the unopened bottle within 14 days or exchange it for another fragrance – provided the foil, cellophane or seal is intact. For bottles that have already been opened, we may retain up to 75% of the purchase price.

Yes. If a fragrance is currently out of stock, many brands can be pre-ordered. Pre-orders are usually ready for delivery after about 8 days.

Yes. Our jewellery is made exclusively of solid 14 and 18 carat gold, combined with natural diamonds and high-quality gemstones. Discover the collections of Noën, Leaf and our own 4D OUTFITTERS Fine Jewellery.

Yes, every piece of jewellery is delivered with a certificate. Special, selected pieces additionally receive a certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), which is marked on the product.

No. At 4D OUTFITTERS you will only find natural diamonds, sourced from long-standing, trusted partners.

Yes, we offer engagement rings in solid gold with natural diamonds – see our gold rings. We do not carry wedding bands.

We currently do not offer engraving, ring resizing, repairs or custom-made pieces. We are happy to help you find the right size before you buy.

No, there is no minimum order value at 4D OUTFITTERS.

Yes, our gift vouchers can be redeemed online and in our boutique.

Primarily to Austria and Germany, as well as to all EU countries, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not ship to destinations outside Europe.

Your order is usually prepared for shipping within 1–2 working days. Delivery to Austria and Germany typically takes 3–8 working days. All shipments are insured.

Yes. Select “Pickup” at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our boutique in Bregenz. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

At checkout, pickup locations are only shown for the country detected for you – so if you order from Germany or Switzerland, for example, our boutique in Bregenz won’t appear at first. Here’s how to make it work:

1. At checkout, select “Pick up” as your delivery method.
2. Click “Change my location”.
3. Select Austria as your country or enter Bregenz, Austria.

Our boutique will then appear as a pickup location. If it still doesn’t work, write to us at service@4doutfitters.com – we’re happy to help.

Customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein automatically see net prices without Austrian VAT. Local VAT and any customs duties are charged by your local customs office on delivery. We ship with “Frankatur 20” (duty and tax unpaid).

You can return items within 14 days. Simply send us a short email and enclose the completed return form. Tip: you can also return items in person at our boutique in Bregenz – please bring your order confirmation.

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The easiest way is our online withdrawal form. You will find all details in our cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Return shipping costs are borne by you. We do not provide a prepaid return label.

Once your return has arrived, we refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

Please refuse delivery if the parcel is visibly damaged. Otherwise, your signature confirms that it arrived intact.

The 4D Insider Club is our loyalty programme. With every purchase you collect stars – 10 stars per euro, online and in our boutique – and redeem them for benefits such as free shipping or discounts on perfume, gifts and gold jewellery.
