Would you like to return one or more items? You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Of course, it would be a great help if you would print and complete our return form. This way, we can constantly improve!

Please understand that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Returns outside the EU zone cannot be accepted. Please read our terms and conditions.

4 steps for a successful return!

1. Download and print the return form as a PDF (see PDF below).

2. Enclose the completed return form with the package.

3. Now drop off the package directly at our 4D OUTFITTERS in Bregenz or send it to the following address:

4. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your notification of cancellation of the purchase contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund.

Please package the goods in the original box or equivalent packaging, if possible. Ideally, the goods should show no signs of use and be returned in their original condition. Please do not remove any security tags or cellophane wrapping. If the package arrives damaged, please sign with reservation or refuse to accept it. Enclose the fully completed return form with the package.

Perfume : Please note that if you return perfume after the cellophane or original packaging has been opened, 75% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund . Perfume Discovery Sets without cellophane (no longer in their original packaging) will not be accepted as returns.

Products purchased as part of a bundle or deal must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
