Would you like to return one or more items? You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Of course, it would be a great help to us if you would print out and complete our return form. This allows us to constantly improve!

We ask for your understanding that return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Returns from outside the EU zone cannot be accepted. Please read our General Terms and Conditions.

4 steps for a successful return!

1. Download and print the return form as a PDF (see PDF below).

2. Enclose the completed return form in the package.

3. Either drop the package off directly at our 4D OUTFITTERS store in Bregenz or send it to the following address:

4. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your notification of the cancellation of the purchase contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund.

Please pack the goods in the original box or equivalent packaging if possible. Ideally, the goods should show no signs of use and be returned in their original condition. Please do not remove the security labels or the cellophane packaging. If the package arrives damaged, please sign as "received subject to inspection" or refuse to accept the package. Enclose the fully completed return form in the package.

Perfume: We would like to inform you that if perfume is returned after the cellophane or original packaging has been opened, 75% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund. Perfume discovery sets without cellophane (no longer in original packaging) will not be accepted as a return.

Products purchased as part of a "bundle" or "deal" must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
