White Label Terms

What is a 4D White Label?

An original perfume from official production – just without the usual retail packaging. Every bottle is completely full and fully functional. The fragrances come from selected stock and are checked for authenticity, condition and function before dispatch.

How the promotional bundle works

• From a qualifying order value of 550 € – all items in the cart count at their regular price – you unlock the White Label selection in the cart.
• You choose an available White Label fragrance. It becomes part of your promotional bundle.
• The White Label bottle is not an independently granted gift and cannot be ordered on its own on the promotional terms.
• You see the bundle price and the products included before you buy.
• One promotional bundle with one White Label fragrance is available per customer account per promotional period.

Test without risk

Each original fragrance and your White Label come with a 2 ml sample. This lets you test both fragrances at your leisure without opening a bottle.

Returns

• Your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights of course apply in full.
• Fastest as a whole: If you return the entire bundle including the White Label, we refund the full amount fastest.
• Partial returns: If returning individual items brings the order value below 550 €, please include the White Label bottle. Otherwise we will offset its regular individual price as shown on the product page against your refund.

Opened or used goods

Please treat our perfumes and their packaging with care. Withdrawal is not excluded merely because packaging has been opened. We document the fill level of every White Label by weight before dispatch. If there is a demonstrable loss in value due to handling that goes beyond checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, compensation for loss of value may be due under § 15 (4) FAGG. It is based on the actual loss in value. There is no flat-rate deduction merely because packaging has been opened.

If your chosen fragrance is sold out

White Labels are limited and only available while stocks last. If, contrary to expectations, your chosen fragrance cannot be delivered, we will contact you and agree on a suitable alternative or another permissible solution. We will not deliver a different fragrance without your consent.

Delivery time

A delivery time of up to 14 days may apply to individual White Label products. The delivery time shown before you complete your order applies.
