Website compliance with the BaFG

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Act (as amended) implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services. In doing so, we have adhered to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG 2.2 ) as far as possible.

1. Sale of design products and perfumes
4D Outfitters offers a curated selection of products in the categories of perfume, jewelry, interior design, and lifestyle. The focus is on high-quality niche brands, home accessories, and jewelry.

2. In-store consultation
In the store in Bregenz (Kornmarktstraße 7), customers can view and test the products directly and receive personal advice – for example, when choosing a suitable fragrance or with questions about materials and origin.

3. Online shop
Part of the product range is also available via the online shop 4doutfitters.com . Customers can order items there, have them sent to them, or reserve them for in-store pickup (Click & Collect).

4. Shipping & Returns
Orders placed in the online shop are shipped throughout the EU within a few business days. Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount. Returns are possible within 14 days and are processed via a form provided on the website.

5. Customer loyalty and special offers
There is a simple bonus system ("Insider Club") where customers collect points with every purchase and can redeem them on later purchases.

Performance of services

1. Product selection
   – In-store: through direct testing and advice.
   – Online: through category search, filter functions and product descriptions.

2. Purchase agreement
   – In the store: Payment in cash or by card.
   – Online: Payment via credit card, PayPal or instant bank transfer.

3. Delivery or collection
   – Shipping via parcel service provider.
   – Alternatively: Collection after pre-ordering in store.

4. Returns (online order)
   – Possible within 14 days.
   – Returns should be sent to the business address in Bregenz.

The assessment was carried out according to WCAG 2.2.

The website's compliance with the German Federal Training Assistance Act (BAFG) was assessed using a self-test based on WCAG 2.2. We are continuously improving our website, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

• Incompatibility with accessibility regulations: PDF documents are available for download on the website, but these are not yet accessible. If you require assistance with inaccessible PDF documents, please contact us. In this case, we will try to make the content available to you in a suitable format to the greatest extent possible.
• The website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. Since these were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
• Our corporate identity color (green), which already existed before June 28, 2026, is in some places not very legible due to the lack of contrast against white or grey backgrounds.
• Various external plugins provided by third parties – such as the chat tool – have limited keyboard navigation capabilities.
