Goldfinch with Red Face and Feather Tail – Inge Glas Clip-On Bird, 8 cm

A red face, golden glittering plumage and a long tail of brown and red feathers: the goldfinch is one of Europe's most colourful songbirds. As a clip-on bird it adds elegant accents to branches, wreaths and arrangements – a gift for nature lovers and bird fans.

Each piece is made in the Inge Glas workshop in Neustadt bei Coburg, Germany, following the traditional Lauscha glassblowing craft: mouth-blown, silvered inside with sterling silver and then painted by hand. This gives the colours their special depth and unmistakable shine. Inge Glas Christmas ornaments are treasured by families for generations – for collecting, decorating and gifting.
