Blonde braids, a pink dress and a gingerbread heart held tight: Gretel has walked straight out of the Grimm fairy tale onto the Christmas tree. Together with Hansel a delightful pair – ideal for fairy-tale fans and as a gift for girls young and old.
Each piece is made in the Inge Glas workshop in Neustadt bei Coburg, Germany, following the traditional Lauscha glassblowing craft: mouth-blown, silvered inside with sterling silver and then painted by hand. This gives the colours their special depth and unmistakable shine. Inge Glas Christmas ornaments are treasured by families for generations – for collecting, decorating and gifting.
