Marzocco, Roberto Ugolini

The Marzocco , the noble heraldic animal and symbol of Florence, holds in its paw a shield with the Florentine lily. The famous sculpture by Donatello from 1420 is now in the Museo del Bargello, while a copy can be seen in the Piazza della Signoria in front of the Palazzo Vecchio.

The bottle of the Roberto Ugolini perfume Marzocco reflects Florentine elegance with its warm violet. Fruity citrus notes of mandarin, lime and lemon embody the spirit of the Italian summer. Orange blossom and jasmine unfold their noble nobility, while the base note with a mixture of vanilla, patchouli, cedar wood and musk perfectly rounds off the composition.

The experienced perfumers Maurizio Cerizza and Cristian Calabrò together with Herbert Stricker have masterfully implemented this homage to the Florentine symbol – an olfactory renaissance for perfume lovers and connoisseurs.
