Jany by Sora Dora. Sora Dora worked for almost a year on a fragrance note reminiscent of a "bakery". Finally, Margaux Le Paih Guerin found the inspiration for this unique note. After that, everything became clear and reminiscent of the Tarte Tatin.

The aromas of roasted apples and cinnamon sticks melted into the puff pastry, while caramel, almonds and vanilla combined to create powerful flavours that lingered into the evening. Jany , Antoine Soradora's daughter, carried the scents of his legendary recipes, be it cakes, madeleines or biscuits.
